The Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 (Licensing of Houses in Multiple Occupation) Amendment Order 2003

  Made 29th September 2003 
  Coming into force 1st October 2003 

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 44(1)(b) and (2) of the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982[1] and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order, a draft of which has, in accordance with section 44(3) of that Act, been laid before and approved by a resolution of the Scottish Parliament:

Citation and commencement
     1. The Order may be cited as the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 (Licensing of Houses in Multiple Occupation) Amendment Order 2003 and shall come into force on 1st October 2003.

Amendment of principal Order
    
2. The Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 (Licensing of Houses in Multiple Occupation) Order 2000[2] is amended as follows.
