The Common Agricultural Policy (Wine) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2004

  Coming into force 5th July 2004 

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972[1] and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement
     1. These Regulations may be cited as the Common Agricultural Policy (Wine) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2004, and shall come into force on 5th July 2004.

Amendment of the principal Regulations
    
2. The Common Agricultural Policy (Wine) (Scotland) Regulations 2002[2] are amended in accordance with regulations 3 to 8.

     3. In regulation 2(1) (interpretation)-

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Regulations)


These Regulations further amend the Common Agricultural Policy (Wine) (Scotland) Regulations 2002 as amended ("the principal Regulations"), which provide for the enforcement of European Community Regulations concerned with the production and marketing of wine and related products.

These Regulations amend the principal Regulations-

No Regulatory Impact Assessment has been prepared in respect of these Regulations.
