The Lords of Council and Session, under and by virtue of the powers conferred upon them by section 7 of the Valuation of Lands (Scotland) Amendment Act 1879(1) and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, do hereby enact and declare:
1.-�(1) This Act of Sederunt may be cited as the Act of Sederunt (Lands Valuation Appeal Court) 2010 and comes into force on 1st October 2010.
(2) A certified copy of this Act of Sederunt is to be inserted in the Books of Sederunt.
2.-�(1) The judges named for the purposes of appeal under section 7 of the Valuation of Lands (Scotland) Amendment Act 1879 are-�
The Right Honourable Lord Gill;
The Right Honourable Lord Clarke;
The Right Honourable The Lord Hardie;
The Honourable Lord Hodge;
The Honourable Lord Malcolm.
(2) The Act of Sederunt (Lands Valuation Appeal Court) 2009(2) is revoked.

This Act of Sederunt appoints the judges who may hear appeals under section 7 of the Valuation of Lands (Scotland) Amendment Act 1879. It revokes the Act of Sederunt (Lands Valuation Appeal Court) 2009, which previously made such provision.
1879 c.42. Section 7 was amended by Schedule 2 to the Rating and Valuation (Scotland) Act 1952 (c.47), Part III of Schedule 7 to the Valuation and Rating (Scotland) Act 1956 (c.60), section 23(1) of and Schedule 6 to the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1966 (c.51) and section 13(1) and (3) of the Rating and Valuation (Amendment) (Scotland) Act 1984 (c.31).
