The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 3(5) of schedule 4 to the Courts Reform (Scotland) Act 2014(1) and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 133(2)(a) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
1. This Order may be cited as the Scottish Tribunals (Administrative Support for Listed Tribunals) Order 2015 and comes into force on 1st December 2015.
2. In paragraph 3 of schedule 4 to the Courts Reform (Scotland) Act 2014, after sub-paragraph (2)(c) insert-
"(ca)the private rented housing panel constituted in accordance with that Schedule,
(cb)the homeowner housing panel constituted in accordance with that Schedule,".

This Order amends the Courts Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 to allow the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service to provide administrative support to the homeowner housing panel and private rented housing panel until such time as their functions are transferred to the Scottish Tribunals.
