    APPEARANCES

For the Appellant NO APPEARANCE OR REPRESENTATION BY THE           APPELLANT

JUDGE B HARGROVE QC: This is an appeal listed for preliminary hearing. The Appellant does not attend although the case has been listed and notified.

We have considered carefully the matters put forward. It is yet another case where the Appellant has misunderstood the question of whether the date of termination, whether lawful or unlawful, brings to an end the employment and starts the period running for the launching of the IT1.

In the light of the circumstances of the case there is no arguable point of law or fact here and accordingly this matter is dismissed.
