MR JUSTICE LINDSAY: This is a preliminary matter in which we have had a recent communication. It transpires that the appellants, Q A Environmental Products Ltd has come to terms with Mr Pegram. All we are asked to do on behalf of the Q A Environmental Products Ltd is to agree to the appeal being withdrawn. We are not asked to make any other form of Order, and we accede to that. We simply give leave for the appeal to be withdrawn.
