JUDGE WILSON: We accede to Mr Dugdale's application, on behalf of the appellant, to adjourn. But by adjourning, to a date to be fixed, we want to make it plain that if any further adjournment is necessary or is sought it must be on notice in writing to the tribunal with medical certificates if appropriate.
