    APPEARANCES

For the Appellant APPELLANT NEITHER PRESENT OR REPRESENTED

    JUDGE WILCOX:

  1. This is an appeal against the decision of the Newcastle upon Tyne Tribunal sitting on 21 December 1999. The Applicant claimed that she was unfairly dismissed on 4 December 1998 and the case turned upon s.100 of the Employment Rights Act 1996. The reason for her dismissal was not a reason within s.100, and then it was conceded that her claim must fail. We have considered carefully the reasons given in this case; there is a sufficiency of evidence, upon which the Tribunal properly directing itself could come to this conclusion. We can see no basis upon which this appellate Tribunal can properly interfere with this decision. We dismiss the appeal.
