We shall say no more than having considered the papers, and in particular, looked at the contract and its terms, we consider that there is here a properly arguable appeal.
As to directions we consider two hours should be allowed. Skeletons to be provided two weeks in advance together with copies of any case law to be relied upon, Category B. The case should be heard sooner rather than later, because of the number of other cases that wait upon it.
