Decision notes | [2018] UKFTT 723 (PC). Application for determined boundary between two properties in Devon. The main issue was the ownership of a ‘Devon Bank’ dividing the properties. The Applicants claimed that the entirety of the bank was within their title as did the Respondents. HELD that the true position of the boundary was in the centre of the bank. The application failed. |
