Decision notes | [2019] UKFTT 107 (PC). Application for title by adverse possession to a small patch of unregistered land between houses in a crowded area of Poole. The respondent did not claim to own the land but challenged Applicant's evidence. He was able to produce dated photographs to support what he said about enclosure of the land, and his application succeeded. |
