Decision notes [2019] UKFTT 251 (PC). Applicant had lived with his wife at the house she rented from the Respondent. She left, and ended the tenancy. He claimed that he had lived in a caravan in the garden for some 25 years and that he was in adverse possession as against the Respondent. Application cancelled.
