Complainant requested information relating to the handling of complaints by MHRA. MHRA failed to inform the complainant in writing and within 20 working days stating whether the information was held. The Agency did, however, then provide some of the information and confirmed that the remainder was not held. The Decision Notice was issued to this effect - recognising, where possible, that information had been provided, but that this was not done in writing within 20 working days.
