19 December 2005, Local government (Borough council)
The complainant requested information about an application under the Right to Buy scheme with regard to a specific property. The Council failed to respond within 20 working days and this aspect of the complaint has been upheld. The second aspect of the complaint was that copies of information relating to the property in question and held by the Council were not provided to the complainant. The aspect of the complaint has not been upheld because the information request was in the form of a question and it made no reference to the provision of specific documentation.
FOI 1: Not upheld
