Summary: On 12 January 2005 the complainant requested information relating to road gritting in Northern Ireland. The public authority provided some of the information and informed the complainant that they did not hold the remainder. The complainant lodged a complaint on the 12 October 2005 but after contacting the public authority and investigating the case the Commissioner is satisfied that the public authority did provide appropriate advice and assistance to the complainant.
