BAILII is celebrating 24 years of free online access to the law! Would you consider making a contribution?
No donation is too small. If every visitor before 31 December gives just £1, it will have a significant impact on BAILII's ability to continue providing free access to the law.
Thank you very much for your support!

The complainant requested information on a number of matters in relation to the University Visitor. PCO refused to supply this information on the grounds that it did not hold the information for the purposes of FOI. The Commissioner has decided that PCO was correct to refuse to disclose this information on the basis that it does not hold the information under section 3(2) of the Act and that it responded to the complainant within the timescales set out in section 10 of the Act. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2007/0132 part allowed.
FOI 1: Partly upheld
