8 December 2008, Education (College)
The complainant requested information from the evidence relating to a school inspection which took place in March 2006. Initially, the public authority stated that it did not hold the information but later provided some information that the complainant had intended to be covered by the scope of the request. In not providing the information within 20 working days, the Commissioner finds that the public authority breached section 10 of the Act. This decision notice is currently under appeal to the Information Tribunal.
