Summary: The complainant requested information about doctors working for the public authority. Initially the public authority withheld the information under sections 12 and 40(2). During the Commissioner-™s investigation the public authority disclosed some information to the complainant and withheld some under the section 40(2) exemption. The Commissioner has decided that the public authority correctly applied section 40(2) to remaining withheld information.
