Summary: The complainant has requested information relating to the Office of the Legal Services Ombudsman-™s (the OLSO) procedures, policies, rules and guidelines used by its caseworkers in their investigations and additionally its own internal complaints procedures. The OLSO responded and provided two casework advisory manuals and a copy of its internal complaints procedure. The Information Commissioner-™s decision is that the OLSO has provided the information it held at the time of the request. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
