Summary: The complainant made a number of requests for specific details of children in care who also attended mainstream school. The council supplied some of the requested information but refused some of the requests under either section 12 (appropriate limits) or withheld information under section 38 (health & safety) and section 40 (personal information) of the Act. The information which is the subject of this notice was considered by the Commissioner to be correctly withheld under section 38.
