BAILII is celebrating 24 years of free online access to the law! Would you consider making a contribution?
No donation is too small. If every visitor before 31 December gives just £1, it will have a significant impact on BAILII's ability to continue providing free access to the law.
Thank you very much for your support!

Summary: The complainant requested the cost of external support and a copy of any documented reasoning for the withdrawal of the appeal by the public authority in relation to a previous ICO Decision Notice. The public authority provided some of the information but refused the rest on the basis of the exemption contained at section 42 of the Freedom of Information Act. The Commissioner finds that the public authority correctly applied section 42 and does not require any steps to be taken.
Section of Act/EIR & Finding: FOI 42 - Complaint Not upheld
