Summary: The complainant was in correspondence with Essex County Council (the council) about permanent parking restrictions imposed in Feering, near Colchester. These were implemented in early 2003, about 18 months after the implementation of temporary restrictions in mid-2001. The complainant requested information about the implementation process for the permanent restrictions. The Commissioner-™s decision is that Essex County Council has disclosed the information it holds which is described in the request. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any steps to comply with the legislation in this case. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2011/0305 struck out.
