Summary: The complainant has requested copies of correspondence between Stoke-on-Trent City Council and a named party during 2011. Stoke-on-Trent City Council refused the requested information under the provisions of section 36 of FOIA (prejudice to the effective conduct of public affairs) and section 42 of FOIA (legal professional privilege). This decision notice is currently under appeal to the Information Tribunal.
