Summary: The complainant requested information relating to the Mayor of London-™s official diary. The Greater London Authority (GLA) withheld the requested information citing the exemptions for personal information, health and safety, and prejudice to the effective conduct of public affairs (sections 40, 38 and 36). The Commissioner-™s decision is that the GLA has correctly withheld some of the requested information under sections 40 and 38 but the remainder was incorrectly withheld under sections 40 and 36. The Commissioner requires the public authority to disclose to the complainant the withheld information as set out in the Confidential Annex.
