Summary: The complainant has requested information from NHS Rotherham (-NHSR-) about the number of practitioners on its performers list that have not worked in the Rotherham locality within the past 12 months, but have remained on the list. NHSR initially provided a response to the complainant-s request. However, following the complaint to the Commissioner and his intervention, NHSR applied section 12 of the FOIA to the request. The Commissioner-s decision is that NHSR is correct to rely upon section 12 of the FOIA. The Commissioner does not require any steps to be taken.
Section of Act/EIR & Finding: FOI 12 - Complaint Not upheld
