BAILII is celebrating 24 years of free online access to the law! Would you consider making a contribution?
No donation is too small. If every visitor before 31 December gives just £1, it will have a significant impact on BAILII's ability to continue providing free access to the law.
Thank you very much for your support!

Summary: The complainant has requested information relating to animal testing at the University of Cambridge. The University responded to four parts of the request but refused to respond to the remaining two parts of the request as it said it would exceed the cost limit under section 12 of the FOIA to do so. The Commissioner-™s decision is that the University has correctly applied section 12 in this case. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
Section of Act/EIR & Finding: FOI 12 - Complaint Not upheld
