BAILII is celebrating 24 years of free online access to the law! Would you consider making a contribution?
No donation is too small. If every visitor before 31 December gives just £1, it will have a significant impact on BAILII's ability to continue providing free access to the law.
Thank you very much for your support!

Summary: The complainant requested information concerning the number of crimes reported in the Olympic Park in the years running up to the Games. The Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) refused to disclose this information and cited the exemption provided by section 22 (information intended for future publication) of the FOIA. The Commissioner-™s decision is that this exemption was applied correctly and so the MPS is not required to disclose this information.
Section of Act/EIR & Finding: FOI 22 - Complaint Not upheld
