Summary: The complainant has requested information relating to gateway reviews on the universal credit project. The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) refused to provide the requested information under sections 36(2)(b)(i) and (ii) and section 36(2)(c) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA). The Commissioner-™s decision is that the DWP has incorrectly applied section 36(2)(b)(i) and (ii) and section 36(2)(c) to withhold the requested information. The Commissioner requires the public authority to disclose the PAR review.
