Summary: The complainant has requested information concerning the qualifications of a named dentist from the General Dental Council (the -GDC-). The GDC provided the primary qualification of the dentist as this is publically available on its GDC register. However the GDC refused to provide the other information requested under section 40(2) of the FOIA.
