Summary: The complainant requested information from Avon and Somerset Constabulary (ASC) regarding a business system known as SAP (Systems, Applications and Products in Data Processing), including the number of staff with SAP qualifications. ASC stated that this information was not held for the purposes of FOIA under the provision of sections 3(2)(a) and (b). After investigation, the Commissioner has found that the requested information is not held for the purposes of FOIA by virtue of section 3(2)(b). He requires no steps to be taken.
