Summary: The complainant has requested information in relation to the information that Invest NI provided to the Economic Advisory group and which was used as background to a financial report. The Commissioner-™s decision is that Invest NI has correctly applied the exemption as set out in section 36(2)(c) of FOIA to the requested information and that the public interest in all the circumstances of the case favours maintaining that exemption. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
