Summary: The complainant requested information about an investigation into a named individual as a result of a complaint he submitted to Dyfed Powys Police. Dyfed Powys Police refused to either confirm or deny whether it held any relevant information citing section 30(3) and section 40(5) of the FOIA. The Commissioner-™s decision is that Dyfed Powys Police was entitled to refuse to confirm or deny under section 30(3).
