The complainant requested information concerning Oxford University’s (‘the university) entry selection processes. The Commissioner’s decision is that by exempting parts of the information under s40(2) FOIA the university did not deal with the request in accordance with the FOIA. The Commissioner requires the university to disclose the information within 35 calendar days of the date of this decision notice.
