The complainant has requested information relating to the communications of two individuals. The Commissioner’s decision is that the General Medical Council (GMC) has correctly applied section 14(1) of the FOIA to the request. The Commissioner does require the public authority to take any steps as a result of this decision notice. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2014/0215 permission to appeal refused.
