The complainant has requested information associated with the War Memorial Playing Field at Arnside, Cumbria, in particular with the designation of the playing field as a Historic Environment Record (“HER”). The Commissioner’s decision is that Cumbria County Council (“the Council”) has complied with Regulation 5(1) of the EIR. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any further steps in this matter.
