29 July 2015, Local government (County council)
The complainant has requested information on 11+ examination test results and other information related this process in the Buckinghamshire Area over a number of years from Buckinghamshire County Council (“the council”). The council refused to comply with the request, relying on section 14(1) (vexatious requests). The Commissioner’s decision is that the council was correct to apply section 14(1) to the request. The Commissioner does not require the council to take any steps. This decision notice is currently under appeal to the Tribunal.
