BAILII is celebrating 24 years of free online access to the law! Would you consider making a contribution?
No donation is too small. If every visitor before 31 December gives just £1, it will have a significant impact on BAILII's ability to continue providing free access to the law.
Thank you very much for your support!

The complainant has requested information on the recovery of legal costs by the General Medical Council (GMC). The GMC refused to comply with the request under section 14(1) of FOIA on the basis that it was vexatious. The Commissioner’s decision is that the GMC was entitled to find the request was vexatious. He does not require the GMC to take any further action in this matter.
