The complainant has requested information from Greenhead College (“the College”) in relation to predicted ‘A’-Level grades for the last 10 years. The College refused to disclose the requested information, citing section 12(1) of FOIA as a basis for non-disclosure. The Commissioner’s decision is that the College has correctly applied section 12(1) of FOIA to the requested information. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
