19 November 2015, Central government
The complainant submitted a request to the Ministry of Defence (MOD) for a copy of the minutes of a meeting of the Advisory Military Sub Committee held in August 2013. The MOD withheld the minutes on the basis of section 35(1)(a) of FOIA. The Commissioner is satisfied that the minutes fall within the scope of the exemption and that the public interest favours withholding the information.
