The complainant has requested information from Penryn Primary Academy (“the School”) relating to training records and qualifications of staff in health and safety roles. The School has breached section 10 of the FOIA as it failed to issue a response to the request with 20 working days. As a response has now been provided, the Commissioner requires the School to take no steps.
