Keurboom Communications Limited and its Director, Gregory Rudd, have been prosecuted at Luton Magistrates' Court for failing to comply with a third party information notice issued by the Commissioner in relation to an ongoing investigation for PECR breaches. The communication company pleaded guilty to the s47 offence and was fined £1500, ordered to pay £435.95 costs and a £120 victim surcharge. Mr Rudd was fined £1000, ordered to pay £435.95 costs and a £100 victim surcharge.
