BAILII is celebrating 24 years of free online access to the law! Would you consider making a contribution?
No donation is too small. If every visitor before 31 December gives just £1, it will have a significant impact on BAILII's ability to continue providing free access to the law.
Thank you very much for your support!

2 August 2016, Local government (District council)
The complainants have requested information regarding an internal review of Torridge District Council’s (the council) procedure for listing and delisting Assets of Community Value. The council refused to comply with the request citing section 14(1) of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). The Commissioner’s decision is that the council has correctly relied on section 14(1) to refuse to comply with the requests.
FOI 14: Not upheld
