The complainant has alleged that the public authority has failed to respond to his information requests. The public authority says it has responded to the requests, to the extent that they are valid requests for information under the FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that the public authority has in fact responded to the complainant’s requests. The Commissioner does not require any steps to be taken.
