The complainant has requested information about circumcision techniques and methods. The General Medical Council (GMC) says it does not hold the information the complainant has requested. The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, the GMC does not hold the requested information and has complied with section 1(1) of the FOIA. He does not require the GMC to take any steps.
