BAILII is celebrating 24 years of free online access to the law! Would you consider making a contribution?
No donation is too small. If every visitor before 31 December gives just £1, it will have a significant impact on BAILII's ability to continue providing free access to the law.
Thank you very much for your support!

23 August 2016, Education (College)
The complainant has requested from the Office for Standards of Education (‘Ofsted’) information regarding database(s) of staff expense claims. The Commissioner’s decision is that the request is vexatious and Ofsted has correctly applied section 14 of the FOIA to refuse the request. Therefore, the Commissioner does not require Ofsted to take any steps.
