BAILII is celebrating 24 years of free online access to the law! Would you consider making a contribution?
No donation is too small. If every visitor before 31 December gives just £1, it will have a significant impact on BAILII's ability to continue providing free access to the law.
Thank you very much for your support!

The complainant has requested from Historic England (‘HE’) previously known as English Heritage, information relating to a development plan of a particular site and information about the trees that had been planted. The Commissioner’s decision is that the requested information is environmental for the purposes of the EIR and that HE does not hold any information falling within the scope of the request. The Commissioner is satisfied that the requested information is not held and that regulation 12(4)(a) applies. The Commissioner does not require HE to take any steps.
EIR 12(4)(a): Not upheld
