18 December 2017, Local government (Parish council)
The complainant has made three requests for various information about the costs relating to signposts. The Great Budworth Parish Council responded to each request outside of the time for compliance provided by section 10(1) of the Freedom of Information Act. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council has breached section 10(1) in respect of each request. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any steps.
