8 January 2018, Local government (Borough council)
The complainant has requested from Rugby Borough Council (the Council) information relating to a site visit to a particular building project based in the local area. The Commissioner’s decision is that the requests are manifestly unreasonable under regulation 12(4)(b) of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR). Therefore, the Commissioner does not require the Council to take any steps.
EIR 12(4)(b): Not upheld
