Leicester City Council

The complainant has requested details of leisure centres which offered male-only swimming sessions. The Commissioner’s decision is that Leicester City Council was entitled to rely on Section 14 of the Freedom of Information Act to refuse the request. The Commissioner does not therefore require the Council to take any further steps in relation to this request. This decision notice is currently under appeal to the Tribunal.
