Merton Clinical Commissioning Group

The complainant has requested information in respect of proposals for the Wilson Health and Wellbeing Campus. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Merton Clinical Commissioning Group (the CCG) has breached section 1(1) and10(1) of the FOIA in that it failed to provide a valid response to the request within the statutory time frame of 20 working days. The Commissioner requires the CCG to issue a substantive response to the request in accordance with its obligations under the FOIA.
